How I work and how I can help...
Psychological consultations may be helpful if:
you are experiencing stress, tension or emotional overload,
you feel lonely, misunderstood or lost,
you experience low mood or loss of motivation,
you have difficulty setting boundaries,
you struggle with guilt, anxiety or over-analyzing,
you are going through a personal, family or professional crisis,
you want to better understand your emotions and reactions,
you live between cultures and feel the pressure to adapt,
you experience difficulties related to emigration, identity or sense of belonging,
you need a calm conversation with someone who will help you sort out what is happening.
A psychological consultation isn't about giving advice or judging your decisions. It's about working together to better understand yourself, your needs, emotions, and possible courses of action.
During meetings, I try to help you:
name what you are experiencing,
understand the sources of tension and difficulties,
organize thoughts and emotions,
see repeating patterns,
strengthen the resources you already have,
find more helpful ways to cope with everyday life.
I work in a calm, empathetic, and focused manner. I combine professional psychological knowledge with a deep respect for the individual's experience.
First consultation
The first meeting is a consultation. It's a time to calmly explore your situation, discuss your challenges, and determine what type of support might be most helpful to you.
During your first consultation, you can share your thoughts, expectations, and any changes you'd like to make. There's no need for any special preparation. Just be prepared to have as much of an honest conversation as you can.
After the first meeting, we can determine the further direction of work together.
