Who am I? I have a master's degree in psychology. In my work, I focus on the whole person—their emotions, histories, relationships, values, decisions, and daily struggles.
I am particularly interested in the experiences of people who live under the pressure of expectations, feel torn between different worlds, or have tried to cope on their own for a long time.
When communicating with others, simplicity, authenticity, and respect are important to me. I believe that professional psychological help doesn't have to be cold or distant. It can be both reliable and ethical.

Consultations take place in an atmosphere of confidentiality, respect, and security. Everything you share during the meeting is treated with due discretion, in accordance with the principles of professional ethics and personal data protection.
