Cancellation Policy

Online Consultation Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy Booking a Consultation Online psychological consultations must be booked at least 3 days in advance, subject to availability. Payment for the Consultation Clients will receive a payment link within 48 hours of booking. Payment must be made no later than 24 hours before the consultation. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled and the appointment will be made available to other people. Cancellation or Rescheduling Consultations can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In such cases, the payment may be refunded or transferred to another agreed-upon date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation will be non-refundable. No-shows If a client does not show up for a consultation without first canceling in accordance with the above guidelines, the consultation is considered completed and the fee is non-refundable. The psychologist will remain available via the provided link for 15 minutes from the scheduled consultation time. A client's delay will not extend the appointment time. Cancellation of a Consultation by the Psychologist If the consultation is canceled by the psychologist, the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
